The 8 worst jewelry errors

While the first criteria for jewelry is beauty, even the most beautiful pieces of jewelry are worn to distract from the jewelry itself or your outfit. The opportunity often dictates the rules of fashion. You must be the center of attention, not your jewelry. Jewelry is an accessory and a decoration.

Too much jewelry

Perhaps the most common jewelry faux paux (errors) wear too much jewelry. It can confuse the eye and your pieces mixture in the view of only one piece of rather showy jewelry. A stack of bangles worn with layers of bead and chain necklaces and large dangly earrings and different rings is just too much of a good thing.

Noisy Jewelry
Together with too much jewelry, noisy jewelry is usually inappropriate. An arm load of bracelets that clanks or tinkles on your every move is disturbing and even irritating.

Incompatible Jewelry
your jewelry to coordinate with the materials in your clothing. Heavy shell or wooden beads do not work with a thin silk blouse. You'd be better with different thin chains or a part of the beads. Pearls do not typically appear at their best with heavy denims or t-shirts. Wearing heavier cork or stone beads with your heavy denims or thick sweaters. Along the same lines, the length of the chain to coordinate with your collar. Can a choker with a very deep neck be worn, but if you do it with a turtle neck or high neck shirt wears, it looks crowded.
Incompatible materials jewelry can be made from anything from gold and silver with pearls and diamonds to copper rings with natural stone beads. The precious stones and materials that are used in your jewelry should coordinate with each other, not class. An experienced designer can coordinate even seemingly incompatible materials for a unique and striking look.
wrong size jewelry
If you have a larger size person, tiny jewelry will get lost on you and can make you look even bigger. If you jewelry in proportion to your body, it helps unify your look. A small person in huge jewelry or too much jewelry can almost look like a child playing dress up.
No Focal Point
a great necklace, bangle, earrings and ring eliminates the node that you need for your ensemble. A piece of jewelry can be the focal point and the others can that piece accessorize. Along the same vein, too many matching pieces is just too "cute" to wear. Earrings which match a bracelet or necklace and matching bracelet look good. If everything from matches exactly as a set, too predictable and lacking in imagination.
Earring problems earrings seem to lead to the most common faux paux in jewelry. A good dangling earring draws attention to your shoulders, that the last function age on most women, but a small earring on a large woman can give her a fat-neck look and long dangling earrings on a woman with long hair can look cluttered and disorganized. Multiple piercings ear become quite common, but the earrings should be coordinated with each other using the largest in the lowest piercings.
Dirty jewelry jewelry is often seen dirty. Earrings and necklaces can be influenced by hairspray and cosmetics, while cleaning products and lotions rings and bracelets. Keeping your jewelry clean using the cleaning methods are recommended for every type of jewelry you wear and your jewellery a great accessory for your outfit and your own
look.

Louise Coulson along with her husband Don designs and jewelry made of sterling silver and gold filled wire. Their jewelry shows the thread used almost as if it were a fiber. The fiber arts approach comes from the Louise long background as a Weaver and the careful craftsmanship is due to the Don background in engineering. The pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited edition.
